# Data Deletion Request

## Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to EX-STOCK (ex-stock.com) and would like us to delete your personal data, please email [EX@EX-STOCK.CA](mailto:WADAH@EX-STOCK.CA?subject=Data%20Deletion%20Request) from the same email address used for your EX-STOCK account.

Include in your email:

-   Your full name
-   The email address used on our site
-   A short statement requesting deletion of your personal data

We will erase your personal data from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email. (Please note we may need to retain some order records for tax/audit purposes as permitted by law.)

You can also remove EX-STOCK’s access in Facebook by going to **Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites** and removing “EX-STOCK”.
