•Chips in the blade, broken knife tips, food discoloration, and rust spots (these can often be fixed by sharpening or proper maintenance).

•Damage caused by misuse or accidents, including:

•Cutting frozen foods, bones, hard nuts, or cheese.

•Using the knife as a screwdriver, can opener, or other improper use.

•Dropping the knife on the floor or hitting hard surfaces.

•Rust and discoloration due to improper care.

•Return postage costs.

•Warranty is void if the knife leaves the country where it was originally purchased.



Proper Care & Storage Tips

•Wash Immediately – Clean with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly after each use.

•Avoid Dishwashers – The harsh conditions of a dishwasher can damage the knife and lead to corrosion.

•Store Properly – Keep knives in a dry atmosphere, using a knife block or magnetic rack.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization and without following the return procedure will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:
Kindly note that return shipping costs are not included in our coverage. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses to our warehouse in Ontario, Canada.

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange an item, please provide details in the return notes section during the return process. We'll do our best to accommodate your exchange request.

Damages and Issues:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

    Yoshikawa Cook-Pal Ren 30cm Beijing Wok is a premium carbon steel wok crafted in Japan for authentic, high-heat cooking performance. Part of the renowned Cook-Pal Ren series, this professional-grade wok features an advanced rust-resistant treatment and a naturally developing surface that resists food sticking. Unlike chemically coated cookware, the surface gradually absorbs oil, forming a superior non-stick patina that keeps improving with continued use.

    With an inner diameter of 311mm and a depth of 90mm, this wok is built with a durable 1.6mm thickness for excellent heat responsiveness and even heat distribution across the cooking surface. Weighing approximately 1285g, it is significantly lighter than traditional cast iron, making it far easier to maneuver during vigorous, high-heat stir-frying. The natural wood handle remains cool and comfortable, providing a secure grip for controlled cooking even at high temperatures.
