You can return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery. We offer two methods of returns: You can receive a full refund in the form of online store credit. If necessary, we’ll pick up the item. With this option, returns are completely free - meaning we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. You can also receive a refund of the purchase total in your original payment method - all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note: with this option, you will be responsible for paying the carrier directly for return shipping costs. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. If an item is being returned for warranty, the eligibility of that item must be in accordance with the claim procedure outlined in our warranty to determine whether the item qualifies to be returned, replaced or repaired. Please refer to the 10-Year Limited Warranty for details.                                                                                                            10 YEAR WARRANTYCHAMPS is proud to stand behind the quality craftsmanship of its luggage and travel bags. This bag is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of original purchase. If such defect occurs, return goods to point of purchase for warranty service with proof of purchase, where it will be repaired or replaced, at our option. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by a common carrier, loss of use of other consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs attempted by unauthorized persons. It does not cover damage caused by common carriers (i.e. airlines). If your luggage is damaged by carriers, you must claim with the carrier concerned immediately. Most airlines will not accept baggage claims after 48 hours. It is important that you carefully inspect your luggage after your arrival and make any claim with the airline while you are still in the airport. Due to the luggage handling practices of many rapid-transit carriers, we strongly recommend that you insure your luggage against loss and damage. This warranty does not cover shipping costs for returned items or items being shipped to the customer from our facility.
