Frequently Asked Questions

Is the helmet wiper compatible with all motorcycle helmets?

The 800 MA wiper is designed to fit most full-face and modular motorcycle helmets using its precision card-slot bracket. We recommend checking your helmet's visor edge thickness before purchasing to ensure a secure fit.

How do I charge or power the wiper?

The wiper connects via its yellow power cord. Ensure your helmet or mounting setup supports the connection. The unit is self-contained with its 800 mA motor — no battery replacement needed for standard operation.

Can it handle heavy rain?

Yes. The entire unit is fully waterproof and built to handle heavy rain, road spray, and high-speed wind. Switch to 2nd gear for maximum wipe speed in heavy downpours.

How do I replace the wiper blade?

The 65mm wiper blade is fully detachable. Simply remove the existing blade from the motor arm and clip in a replacement strip. Replacement blades compatible with the TZ-HW065 are sold separately.

What is EX-STOCK's return policy on this product?

EX-STOCK Canada offers a 90-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition.
