Special Returns Conditions
Nouveaux lieux : Distortion World : Au fur et à mesure que l'histoire se déroule, les joueurs rencontreront le mystérieux nouveau monde de distorsion, une zone différente de celle vue dans un jeu vidéo Pokemon auparavant.
Les règles normales du temps et de l'espace ne s'appliquent pas à ce monde, permettant à la zone de repousser les limites du monde du jeu Pokemon. Les joueurs sautent des morceaux de terre suspendus dans les airs, marchent sur le côté et même à l'envers.
Le monde de la distorsion, où réside la puissante Giratina, est en quelque sorte connecté au monde Pokemon ordinaire. ~ The Battle Frontier : La zone Battle Frontier (introduite pour la première fois dans Pokemon Emerald) a été ajoutée à Sinnoh, contenant cinq nouvelles installations de combat pour les entraîneurs, chacune avec ses propres règles spéciales.
Chaque installation est gérée par l'un des cinq nouveaux Frontier Brains (personnages similaires aux leaders de gymnastique). Les nouveaux formats de combat dans chaque installation permettent aux joueurs de se défier de nouvelles façons.
Wi-Fi Plaza : les joueurs peuvent explorer le nouveau Wi-Fi Plaza, un parc d'attractions virtuel Pokemon rempli d'activités, y compris trois nouveaux mini-jeux où jusqu'à 4 joueurs peuvent rivaliser à la fois.
Jusqu'à 20 joueurs du monde entier peuvent se connecter ensemble dans le Wi-Fi Plaza pour découvrir des jeux, participer à des défilés et même voir un spectacle de feux d'artifice.
