Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are these gloves touchscreen compatible?
A: The fingertip areas on the MCS-17 are compatible with most capacitive touchscreens, so you can use your phone or GPS without removing the gloves.
Q: What material are the knuckle protectors made from?
A: The knuckle shell is made from hard ABS plastic, which offers solid impact resistance while remaining lightweight and not adding significant bulk to the glove.
Q: Can I wear these gloves in the rain?
A: The MCS-17 is not a waterproof glove — it uses breathable mesh that keeps airflow moving. For wet weather riding, we recommend pairing with a waterproof glove cover or choosing our Waterproof Fleece Riding Gloves instead.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Use the size chart above — measure the circumference of your dominant hand at the widest point (just below the knuckles, excluding the thumb). When between sizes, size up for comfort on longer rides.
Q: What is the return policy on these gloves?
A: EX-STOCK Canada offers a 90-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
